Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Implements procure to pay actions as provided by leadership.
• Actively monitor and communicate leading practices for clients throughout contract term; Lead processes.
• Develop and maintain skills needed to execute current responsibilities.
• Provide mentorship, leadership, and guidance to more junior team members.
• Ensure quality targets are achieved.
• Generate and/or assist in reporting requirements for client meetings.
• Daily responsibilities include evaluating, approving/rejecting purchase requisitions per approved DTPo, issuing POs with cross-functional teams, resolving post-PO issues, and maintaining procurement data in ERP systems (Oracle, Zip, Navan, VNDLY).
• Provide system support for procurement platforms and identify opportunities for process improvements.
