Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to join our Return to Office team in Quezon City. You will process purchase requests and convert them into POs while ensuring policy compliance and timely delivery.

You will monitor procurement activities, resolve post-PO issues with suppliers, mentor junior staff, and generate reporting for client meetings, with a night shift schedule and weekends off.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Procure to pay actions per leadership guidance.
• Actively monitor and communicate practices, trends, and processes for the client; lead processes.
• Develop and maintain skills to execute current responsibilities.
• Provide mentorship, leadership, and guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure quality targets are achieved.
• Generate and/or assist in reporting requirements for client meetings.
• Execute daily activities: evaluate/modify PRs; issue POs; resolve PO issues with suppliers; be the primary PO contact.
