Accenture is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst in the Philippines to support Supplier Assure activities powered by SynOps. You will manage strategic supplier relationships and deliver risk management, segmentation, due diligence, and service fulfilment.

Strong communication with leadership and MS Office proficiency are essential. The role requires 6+ years in procurement/risk domains, with 2–3 years in client-facing delivery, and familiarity with ITIL and Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in Supplier Risk Management or Procurement.
• 2–3 years in client-facing roles delivering scope with minimal escalations.
• 2+ years in Business Operations or similar domain.
• 2+ years working with virtual teams.
• Demonstrate experience in at least two of: Third Party Risk Management, Supplier segmentation, Supplier due diligence, Service request fulfilment.
• Strong communication with senior internal and client leadership.
• Proficient in MS Office; basic MS Project, SharePoint and Visio.
• Nice-to-have: ITIL/Quality/Training, Power BI, ESG familiarity.
• Education: Diploma/ BE/ BTech in E&T/ CS/ IT or B.Com/ BSc/ CA/ CA Intern.
• Certifications: ITIL Foundation; IACCM; CPSM; other domain certs.

Responsabilités

• Manage one or more strategic suppliers, core to Accenture's operations.
• Deliver core processes for in-scope deliverables within deals framework.
• Oversee Third Party Risk Management, supplier segmentation and due diligence.
• Ensure service requests meet SLA/KPI and project requirements.
