About the role

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a skilled and strategic Procurement (Negotiation & Contract) specialist to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our procurement operations by managing vendor negotiations, developing contracts, and ensuring optimal value for the organisation across our supply chain. You will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining strategic supplier relationships whilst ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and select potential suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery and service criteria
• Conduct negotiations with vendors to secure competitive pricing, favourable payment terms and service level agreements
• Draft, review and finalise procurement contracts and agreements ensuring legal compliance and protection of company interests
• Maintain detailed records of all procurement transactions, contracts and vendor communications
• Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and timelines
• Manage purchase orders and expedite deliveries to meet operational demands
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimise procurement spend
• Resolve supplier disputes and address any issues relating to quality, delivery or service
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing and supplier capabilities within relevant industries

What we're looking for

• Graduate of any 4-yrs course in college.
• Proven 1 year experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or technology sectors
• Demonstrated expertise in vendor negotiation and contract management
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, procurement law and commercial contracts
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in procurement software systems and MS Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
• Knowledge of supply chain management best practices and procurement regulations
• Experience with cost analysis and budget management is highly desirable
