Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a skilled Procurement (Negotiation & Contract) specialist to join our team in Mariveles, Bataan.

As a Procurement specialist focused on negotiation and contract management, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts with suppliers. This position is essential to our operations, directly impacting our cost efficiency, supplier relationships, and overall business success within the manufacturing, transport and logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select potential suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery performance, and reliability criteria


• Negotiate supplier contracts and terms to achieve optimal pricing, payment conditions, and service levels


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent supply chain performance


• Prepare and analyse procurement documentation, including requests for quotation (RFQs), purchase orders, and supplier agreements


• Review and manage contract terms, conditions, and compliance to protect the company's interests


• Monitor supplier performance against agreed-upon metrics and service level agreements (SLAs)


• Collaborate with internal departments including operations, engineering, and finance to understand procurement requirements


• Manage procurement budgets and track spending to ensure cost control and optimal financial performance
