Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery and service.

• Draft, review and finalise procurement contracts ensuring legal compliance.
• Maintain records of procurement transactions, contracts and communications.
• Monitor vendor performance and enforce contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and timelines.
• Manage purchase orders and expedites deliveries to meet needs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement spend.
• Resolve supplier disputes and address delivery or quality issues.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing and supplier capabilities.
