Job summary

GREENENERGY IMPORT TRADING AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY seeks a procurement professional to support sourcing, canvassing, and purchasing of construction materials and equipment. You will prepare MRFs and POs, review supplier quotations, and help ensure timely delivery to project sites and offices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and canvassing construction materials, equipment, and supplies from qualified suppliers.
• Prepare and process Material Requests (MRFs), Purchase Orders (POs), and other procurement-related documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, material specifications, availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor the status of purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites and offices.
• Verify delivered materials against approved requests, purchase orders, specifications, and quantities.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier quotations, deliveries, and inventory transactions.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of materials as needed.
• Coordinate with the Project, Technical, Admin, Accounting, and other departments regarding material requirements and procurement concerns.
• Assist in evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, availability, delivery lead time, and reliability.
• Negotiate with suppliers, when authorized, to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Ensure that procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and approval requirements.
• Perform other procurement and administrative tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
