Job summary

GreenEnergy Import Trading & Constructio is seeking a diligent Procurement Officer to manage end-to-end sourcing, supplier evaluation, and purchase order processing for company projects in the Philippines.

You will coordinate with requesting departments, warehouse, and finance to ensure timely deliveries, compliance with procurement policies, and accurate documentation of every transaction, helping optimize costs and supplier performance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing of materials and supplies needed by the company/projects.
• Supplier canvassing and evaluation to get the best price, quality, and terms.
• Requesting and comparing quotations from qualified suppliers.
• Preparing procurement documents such as MRF, canvass sheets, purchase orders, and related documents.
• Coordinating with suppliers regarding prices, availability, specifications, and delivery schedules.
• Monitoring deliveries to ensure materials arrive complete, correct, and on time.
• Checking material specifications and quality against the approved request.
• Maintaining supplier records and developing reliable supplier relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and approval procedures.
• Controlling procurement costs and avoiding unnecessary or unauthorized purchases.
• Coordinating with requesting departments, warehouse, finance, and project teams.
• Maintaining proper documentation and records for every procurement transaction.
