Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist to manage procurement transactions, supplier coordination, logistics, and shipment activities in Metro Manila.

The role collaborates with internal stakeholders, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure timely, compliant procurement operations, negotiating favorable terms and monitoring open POs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related function.
• Experience in the power generation industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes.
• Experience in supplier management, competitive bidding, and negotiation.
• Ability to evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
• Working knowledge of logistics, importation, customs clearance, and shipment coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or Maximo.
