Job summary

You will collaborate with Project Managers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to manage lead times, order accuracy, documentation, and communication to protect quality, cost, and schedule. The role emphasizes strong communication, risk awareness, and disciplined coordination to keep supply chains smooth and costs controlled,

Qualifications

• 2-3 years related experience.
• Procurement coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• On time delivery – orders placed on time, tracked, and delivered on time.
• Cost control – costs match, or beat budget.
• Supply Chain quality – supplier re-work / re-makes.
• Responsible for checking and providing timely sign off on supplier drawings / schedules / information.
• Strong communication with suppliers – identify risks and escalate, while building strong relationships with multiple stakeholder levels.
• Supplier Performance through proactive communication and tracking.
• Process compliance – ensuring internal systems and documentation are accurate, and order history is clear for review later.
• Weekly reporting to Envo management on supply chain scores, and risks.
