Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• 1–2 years in supply chain, inventory, logistics, or procurement.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Conduct basic sourcing and canvassing to obtain competitive quotations.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for receiving, releasing, and recording inventory movements.
• Help conduct periodic physical counts and reconcile discrepancies in records.
• Support scheduling and tracking of deliveries to commissary and store locations.
• Prepare and verify delivery documents (DRs, pull-out slips, receiving reports).
• Communicate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely dispatches.
• Maintain organized records of procurement, inventory, and logistics transactions.
• Prepare and submit regular reports and summaries for management review.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of supply chain documentation for audit purposes.
• Work with Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams to align schedules and material requirements.
• Support process improvement, cost-efficiency, and service quality.
