Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years in supply chain, inventory, logistics, or procurement.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/inventory systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process PRs and POs with suppliers and internal teams.
• Conduct basic sourcing and canvassing for quotes.
• Monitor order status and timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor stock levels of materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with warehouse for inventory movements and records.
• Support periodic physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Schedule and track deliveries to commissary and store locations.
• Prepare and verify DRs, slips, and receiving reports.
• Communicate with logistics partners to ensure accurate dispatches.
• Maintain procurement, inventory, and logistics records.
• Prepare regular management reports and summaries.
• Ensure accuracy of supply chain documentation for audits.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams on schedules.
• Support process improvements, cost-efficiency, and service quality.
