Job summary

Fredley Group of Companies is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to provide operational and administrative support within the Supply Chain Department. The role involves assisting in procurement, inventory monitoring, logistics coordination, and documentation to ensure an efficient flow of goods across Fredley brands.

You will work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams, help maintain accuracy and compliance, and contribute to process improvements and cost-efficiency initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years in supply chain, inventory, logistics, or procurement; food/manufacturing experience a plus.
• Fresh graduates with internship related to the role are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing PRs and POs with suppliers and internal teams.
• Conduct basic sourcing to obtain competitive quotations.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely deliveries.
• Track stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with warehouse for receiving, releasing, and inventory movements.
• Support periodic physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Schedule and track deliveries to commissary and store locations.
• Prepare and verify delivery documents like DRs and receiving reports.
• Communicate with logistics partners and internal teams for dispatches.
• Maintain organized records of procurement, inventory, and logistics transactions.
• Prepare regular reports and summaries for management review.
• Ensure accuracy of supply chain documentation for audits.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams on schedules.
