Qualifications

• Senior High School graduates or fresh graduates of any 4-year courses.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs/Sheets applications.
• Willing to learn and shows attention to detail.
• Good oral and written communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing of suppliers, contractors and tabulation of quotations.
• Review and analyze product and services to be purchased.
• Preparation of Purchase Orders and ensure delivery of items.
• Ensure goods received meet PO terms and are undamaged.
• Enforce procurement policies and procedures.
• Manage inventories and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain and update supplier databases.
• Maintain good supplier relations and negotiate contracts.
• Handle day-to-day admin activities (Bills Payment, Rentals, Maintenance).
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation.
