Job summary

DASCA Cable Services Inc. in Dasmariñas City, Cavite, is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities across branches and projects.

You will oversee supplier relations, strategic sourcing, and cost optimization, ensuring end-to-end processes from requisitions to delivery. The ideal candidate has 5–6 years in procurement, strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, ERP exposure, and a track record of leading teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engin‑eering, or related field.
• 5–6 years of progressive experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
• Experience handling technical materials, network equipment, construction materials, tools, spare parts, and services.
• Experience managing procurement for multiple branches, projects, or business units.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier accreditation, vendor management, contract negotiation, price negotiation, and cost optimization.
• End-to-end procurement process knowledge: requisitions, RFQs, POs, delivery, invoicing.
• Understanding of inventory planning, material requirements, lead times, and supply chain coordination.
• MS Office, especially Excel; Google Workspace; ERP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills: spend analysis, procurement reports, budgets, forecasts, cost saving.
• Procurement controls, accreditation, documentation, approvals, and internal audit.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage a procurement team.
• Willing to travel to branches, warehouses, sites, and supplier locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Accountancy, or a related field

• At least 5–6 years of progressive experience in Procurement/Purchasing

• Experience handling technical materials, network equipment, construction materials, tools, spare parts, and services is highly preferred.

• Experience managing procurement for multiple branches, projects, or business units is an advantage.

• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier accreditation, vendor management, contract negotiation, price negotiation, and cost optimization.

• With extensive knowledge of the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase requisitions, canvassing/RFQs, quotation analysis, purchase orders, delivery monitoring, and invoice processing.

• Strong understanding of inventory planning, material requirements, supplier lead times, and supply chain coordination.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Google Workspace, and preferably with experience using ERP or procurement management systems.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare spend analysis, procurement reports, budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving initiatives.

• Knowledgeable in procurement controls, supplier accreditation, documentation, approval processes, and internal audit requirements.

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage a procurement team and establish clear performance standards.

• Willing to travel to company branches, warehouses, project sites, and supplier locations as required.
