Job summary

Primebeef Company Inc. (PBC) is seeking a Purchasing Staff to join the Purchasing Team in Quezon City. The role covers end-to-end procurement, domestic and import purchases, and maintaining vendor relationships to ensure quality and on-time deliveries.

The ideal candidate has a business degree, proficiency with MS Office and ERP, and strong organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills to cut costs and improve purchasing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; local/import purchasing experience in Food/Logistics is an advantage.
• Knowledge of estimating, planning, inventory management, cost and budget prep.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite/ERP.
• Excellent organizational, planning, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Keen attention to detail; strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Domestic & Import Purchases: sourcing and purchasing goods; evaluating offers; negotiating terms.
• Maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Warehouse & Logistics for proper storage and shipments; ensure accurate data in ERP/GSheets.
