Primebeef Company Inc. (PBC) is seeking an HR Supervisor to lead the HR Team in Quezon City. The role focuses on guiding the HR Team in handling employee relations and government agency dealings, serving as a liaison between management and staff.

The successful candidate will manage monthly remittances, oversee attendance, and drive HR policy, hiring and salary administration. Strong communication and HR software familiarity are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
• 3+ years in a Supervisory HR/Admin role.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Familiar with database systems and HR applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HR team performing admin duties for employee records and govt dealings.
• Manage monthly remittances to SSS, HDMF, PHIC and tax authorities.
• Ensure correct computation and timely remittance of monthly withholding tax (BIR).
• Oversee attendance and leaves records.
• Lead HR policy, hiring and salary administration.
• Approve online job postings, shortlisting and interview scheduling.
• Schedule orientation and training for tenured and new employees.
• Maintain clear communication with employees and timely resolution of queries.
• Plan and organize employee engagement events such as team building and socials.
