Job summary

Primebeef Company Inc. (PBC) invites applications for a Quality Assurance Staff based in Quezon City. The role supports the Quality Team in developing and maintaining cGMP-compliant quality systems.

You will lead document control, change control, investigations, deviations, CAPA, and response to product/customer complaints, while drafting procedures and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or allied courses.
• Mastery of cGMP and understanding of Food Safety principles.
• At least 2 years of relevant QA experience.
• Certificate in Quality Assurance is a plus.
• Working knowledge of QA tools, methods, and concepts.
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory standards.
• Able to present audit findings clearly and concisely.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Draft, review, revise and authorize procedures, work instructions, protocols, validations, specifications, and qualifications.
• Ensure standards and safety regulations are observed in accordance with cGMP.
• Develop plans to help the company manage waste.
• Perform routine inspections and quality tests.
• Investigate non-conformances pertaining to processes and protocols that affect quality.
• Address issues with superiors and propose CAPA.
• Develop a workflow for product inspection.
• Document quality assurance activities and create reports.
• Support Regulatory and 3rd Party Inspection / Audits.
• Make recommendations for improvement in conformity with cGMP and Food Safety Standards.

Job description

Primebeef Company Inc. (PBC) is looking for Quality Assurance Staff to join our Quality Team based in Quezon City.

The Quality Assurance Staff is responsible for providing operational leadership and expertise in the development, implementation, and training of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) compliant quality system. He/she shall also take the lead in document control, change control, investigations, deviations, Corrective Action and Prevention Action (CAPA), and resolution to product/customer complaints.

Your role and responsibilities:
