Job summary

Sketch Books Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a purchasing professional to source vendors, prepare purchase orders and canvass sheets, and coordinate with departments and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate is a business graduate with extensive purchasing experience, willing to work on-site in Taguig, and familiar with supplier databases. You will handle vendor files, processing of procurement documents, and assist in site surveys.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business program or any related course.
• Extensive experience in the purchasing field.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Supplier database experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Accepts purchase requests; source out possible vendors.
• Create purchase orders and canvass sheets.
• Assist in ocular/survey visits.
• Confirms and trace purchase orders.
• Coordinate with requesting department and vendor on purchasing requests.
• Process vendor files and documents.
• Process of purchase documents such as DRs, Invoices and PRFs.
• Receiving of deliveries and documents.
• Perform other duties assigned.
