Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the procurement function by coordinating purchase requisitions, obtaining approvals, and managing end-to-end purchase order processing and tracking.
- Maintain and update purchasing and inventory records within ERP systems (such as NetSuite or WMS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Raise and manage standard, special, and direct delivery purchase orders while reviewing supplier acknowledgments to confirm delivery schedules.
- Proactively expedite outstanding orders by liaising with suppliers to resolve delivery delays, stock issues, invoice discrepancies, and related concerns.
- Monitor stock levels and usage trends to identify, investigate, and elevate potential shortages, excess inventory, or system discrepancies.
- Support replenishment planning and supplier discussions regarding pricing, product specifications, and discontinued items while helping mitigate supply chain risks.
- Prepare procurement reports, operational dashboards, and documentation while identifying opportunities to improve administrative and procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Previous professional experience in procurement, purchasing, or high‑level administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively both independently and within a team.
- A highly professional, reliable, and confidential approach to handling supplier and operational information.
Preferred Skills
- Hands‑on experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Solid understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and stock control processes.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.
