Job summary

Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc. on-site in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines seeks a procurement professional with 3–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end non-trade category procurement. You will lead sourcing, RFQs, contracts, and spend analysis while coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and cost savings.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong negotiation and Excel skills to support stores, facilities, and services in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in retail, facilities management, or store development.
• Experience in supplier management, contract administration, and strategic sourcing.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of procurement systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for non-trade categories including store development, repairs and maintenance, facilities, office supplies, equipment, and services.
• Handle and approve PRs and POs through procurement systems and manual processes.
• Lead supplier sourcing, accreditation, bidding, and negotiation for cost savings and service improvements.
• Manage contracts, pricing agreements, and supplier performance reviews.
• Conduct RFQ and tendering processes per company policies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on procurement requirements, contracts, and compliance.
• Monitor supplier delivery schedules and resolve procurement issues.
• Perform spend analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Support SKU standardization and procurement governance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, audit requirements and standards.
• Supervise and develop procurement staff to achieve departmental objectives.

Job Requirements

• Experience in supplier management, contract administration, and strategic sourcing.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of procurement systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
