Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Procurement and Stock Management Controller (Intermediate) for an onsite role in Clark, Angeles, Pampanga. You will handle end-to-end PO processing, maintain ERP records, and work closely with suppliers on delivery schedules.

The role emphasizes procurement accuracy, inventory control, and continuous process improvement with a mid-shift schedule in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing or senior admin roles.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Professional, reliable and confidential with supplier data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requisitions, approvals and end-to-end PO processing.
• Maintain purchase/inventory records in ERP like NetSuite or WMS.
• Raise and review POs, confirm delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Expedite orders and resolve delays, stock issues and invoicing discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and investigate shortages or discrepancies.
• Support replenishment discussions on pricing and specs.
• Prepare procurement reports and identify process improvements.
