ENGAGIS is hiring a Procurement Administration Assistant to support IT hardware, software licenses, cloud services, and other tech resources. You will process purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and liaise with vendors, internal teams, and finance to ensure smooth purchasing workflows.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Administration Assistant to support our technology-driven purchasing operations. In this role, you will help ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of IT hardware, software licenses, cloud services, and other tech-related resources essential to our business.
You’ll process and track purchase orders, maintain accurate procurement records, liaise with vendors on order status and documentation, and work closely with internal teams and finance to keep purchasing processes running smoothly.

Purchasing & Order Processing — raise and manage purchase orders, and carry out stock reconciliation to keep inventory accurate
Supplier & Vendor Coordination — maintain accurate supplier records, liaise with vendors and warehouse teams, and help track supplier performance and any issues that arise
Compliance & Reporting — make sure purchasing documentation meets company standards, and keep a clear record of procurement activity
Stakeholder Communication — keep internal teams informed on order status and deliveries, and represent Engagis professionally in vendor interactions
Market & Sourcing Support — help research vendors, products and alternatives to support our broader sourcing approach
Completed Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (such as Business Management or Accounting)
Min 3 years experience in Procurement Administration
Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written
Knowledgeable in MS Office computer programs for word processing, excel and email
Familiar with CRM databases and systems management(Netsuite experience an advantage but not necessary)
Excellent attention to detail
Has experience in liaising with overseas vendors and partners
This is an Onsite work arrangement, hence we will only entertain applicants who are based in Cagayan de Oro and Misamis Oriental.
Successful applicants will work on Australian hours, a day job.
