Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred with Green Belt certification.
- Proven experience designing and implementing automation solutions.
- Experience with AI-enabled solutions in a business setting.
- Track record of measurable process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy.
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
- Design future-state workflows and optimize operations.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
- Drive digital transformation including AI and automation.
- Manage stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead change management and adoption.
- Track KPIs and transformation outcomes.
- Deliver executive reporting and insights.
