Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in Process Excellence or Supply Chain transformation.
• Strong experience partnering with global and US-based stakeholders in complex environments.
• Proven success leading large-scale Supply Chain process improvements with measurable impact.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (required); PM or Supply Chain certifications are a plus.
• Leadership in automation, digital transformation, and data-driven performance management.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder influence, and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Process Excellence partner to Global and US Supply Chain leadership, aligning improvement initiatives with strategy.
• Define and govern global Supply Chain process standards, operating models, and performance frameworks across GBS and non‑GBS teams.
• Lead end-to-end process assessments to identify efficiency, quality, cost, and control opportunities across Supply Chain processes.
• Design and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and digital-enabled solutions to reduce cycle times and risk.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and global scalability while balancing regional and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Automation, IT, and BI teams to deploy workflow automation and analytics.
• Define and monitor KPIs, productivity metrics, and value realization dashboards; provide executive updates.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change adoption across global and regional teams.
