Job summary

Firstsource Cebu City is seeking a Process Excellence professional to develop and execute key improvement and digital transformation roadmaps across aligned businesses, leveraging RPA, AI, Power Automate and workflow redesign.

You will lead process discoveries, map value streams, drive Kaizen events, and partner with senior stakeholders to embed continuous improvement, measure impact, and sustain gains through governance and coaching of Green Belts.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with facilitation and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute process improvement roadmaps for multiple business units.
• Conduct process discovery/analysis to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for digital transformation using RPA, AI, and workflow redesign.
• Lead identification, deployment and governance of automation initiatives.
• Coach and mentor Green Belts; drive Value Stream Mapping and kaizen events.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, perform RCA, monitor progress and impact on profitability.
• Ensure alignment to governance models and sustain continuous improvement across the organization.
