Job summary

You will develop end-to-end process architectures, enable governance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute process improvements and roadmaps aligned with customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading process transformation initiatives across multiple functions.
• Ability to design and implement process standards and architectures.
• Strong facilitation and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Steer XDT transformation agenda with leaders fromCX, IT, Network and Business to identify gaps and plan improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of process transformation and simplification initiatives with Process Owners.
• Develop and enforce end-to-end process architecture standards including policy, standards, and KPIs.
• Facilitate workshops to collect input for process roadmaps and create service blueprints for future requirements.
