Job summary

Globe Telecom in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Marketing Operations and Process Improvement professional to design and implement process strategies that boost productivity, reduce waste, and lower costs while preserving program quality. You will document, cascade, and measure impact across campaigns and programs.

You will lead cross-functional workshops, map processes, drive change management, monitor KPIs, and ensure governance for sustainable improvements, leveraging MarTech and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in marketing operations or sales ops, process improvement, project management, or campaign management.
• Proven experience leading or heavily contributing to process optimization and redesign in a marketing context.
• Strong understanding of how marketing programs are built, executed and measured.
• Excellent cross-functional project management with stakeholder buy-in and governance.
• Experience in leading change management, training users, and driving adoption.
• Ability to interpret marketing performance data and define improvement measures.
• Familiarity with MarTech and marketing automation tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to review marketing processes.
• Map processes, perform value stream and root-cause analyses to identify inefficiencies.
• Design future-state processes with clear workflows, procedures, and guidelines.
• Lead change-management activities and communicate changes to all stakeholders.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and report progress of process transformations.
• Establish governance to ensure adherence to established processes across teams.
• Foster continuous improvement through structured feedback mechanisms.
