Job summary

Innovative Packaging Industry Corp. is seeking a Process Engineer to analyze production and utility processes, lead SOP development, and ensure solutions meet product and process requirements.

You will collaborate with Production, QA, Maintenance, and R&D, onboarding and coaching staff to drive performance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field.
• At least 3 years of proven process engineering experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of process engineering concepts, equipment operation, and utility systems (chillers, compressors, boilers).
• Experience with pump and pasteurizer operation.
• Skilled in process mapping, root cause analysis, and statistical process control.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, utility diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and safety regulations in food/FMCG industries.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, PLC monitoring systems, or SCADA.
• Proficient in process automation and improving equipment efficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset with leadership, communication, planning, and organizing skills.

About the role

• Knowledgeable about Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and safety regulations in the food industry or FMCG sectors
• Familiar with technical software like AutoCAD, PLC monitoring systems, or SCADA
