Job summary

Bonpack Corporation is seeking a Process Engineer responsible for designing, testing, and improving manufacturing processes and equipment in compliance with GMP standards.

You will conduct research to develop new processes, design equipment layouts, run tests, monitor performance, draft production documents, and ensure corrective actions with QA/QC while promoting GMP awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Work experience as a process engineer is a plus but not required.
• Ability to manage projects.
• Proficient with computer and information technology.
• Ability to persuade others to change existing practices.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Draft process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
• Monitor and implement GMP and promote awareness of the company’s GMP program.
• Develop and update production documents, procedures, and standards in coordination with Production Supervisors and Manager.
• Accomplish and monitor production’s CAR with QA/QC and Production Supervisors.
• Contribute to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• Monitor production efficiency, utilization, and wastage.
