• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, addressing any technical issues promptly.
• Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement in production workflows and product quality.
• Ensure that production processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new production technologies and techniques.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and process-related issues in the production line.
• Monitor equipment performance, ensuring regular maintenance and minimizing equipment downtime.
• Support the introduction of new products by assisting with pilot runs, process validation, and scaling up production.
• Provide technical support and training to production personnel to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Work with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet required specifications and standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of production schedules to meet deadlines and targets.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-2 Years) in production engineering or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and materials.
• Proficient in engineering software.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
