Education & Professional Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or closely related field.
- BOSH certification preferred (not mandatory).
- Exposure to ISO 9000:1994 awareness training in industrial/medical gas refilling operations.
- Deep knowledge of plant and manufacturing operations, especially in a high-volume environment such as FMCG.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations with large-scale teams.
- Proven track record of leadership in fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environments.
- Prior experience with process optimization, continuous improvement, and performance reporting.
Leadership & Team Management
- Ability to lead, manage, and develop a large team across multiple shifts or departments.
- Strong mentoring, coaching, and talent-development skills.
- Experience driving team performance toward operational and safety goals.
Technical & Operational Expertise
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
- Familiarity with the latest safety laws and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
- Solid understanding of quality systems and manufacturing standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, Lean).
- Ability to lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

- Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-functional coordination and reporting.
