Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 1 year of experience in process analysis or supervisory administrative roles. Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus and will be valued in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in process analysis, operations management, or supervisory administrative roles.
• Strong proficiency in process mapping, workflow documentation, and data analysis. Demonstrated supervisory and leadership capabilities. Lean Six Sigma Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current business workflows across departments, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and design streamlined, standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Gather operational metrics, generate analytical reports, and present actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Work closely with HR, Audit, and Operations to standardize best practices and ensure process changes align with company strategy.
