TL Mabuhay Driving Lesson Academy, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and analytical Business Process Analyst to evaluate current workflows, design improvements, and oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with organizational goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 1 year of experience in process analysis or supervisory administrative roles. Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus and will be valued in this position.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in process analysis, operations management, or supervisory administrative roles.
• Strong proficiency in process mapping, workflow documentation, and data analysis. Demonstrated supervisory and leadership capabilities. Lean Six Sigma Certification is a plus.
