TL Mabuhay Driving Lesson Academy, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Business Process Analyst to oversee day‑time administrative operations and drive process improvements. You will evaluate workflows, design SOPs, and collaborate with HR, Audit and Operations to ensure compliance and efficiency in line with company goals.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in process analysis or supervisory administration, with Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in process analysis, operations management, or supervisory administrative roles.
• Strong proficiency in process mapping, workflow documentation, and data analysis; demonstrated supervisory and leadership capabilities; Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current business workflows across departments, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and design streamlined, standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Gather operational metrics, generate analytical reports, and present actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Work closely with HR, Audit, and Operations to standardize best practices and ensure process changes align with company strategy.
