Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in conducting/training on policy implementation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gathers data, analyzes business processes and workflows, and identifies process improvement opportunities.
• Designs and documents new policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Creates training manuals and conducts training sessions on policy implementation.
• Prepares detailed test scripts and scenarios to ensure that the functionality of new systems aligns with user requirements and business objectives.
• Performs other tasks assigned by the Assistant Business Process Manager.
