• Conduct detailed process discovery, mapping, and analysis for assigned business domains.
• Design and document target-state processes (To-Be) aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
• Prepare process documentation and artifacts per BPM governance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and transformation initiatives.
• Identify and prepare automation-ready processes for automation feasibility.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk requirements in designs.
• Support continuous improvement by monitoring process performance.
