Job summary

This role focuses on deep operational analysis and optimization aligned with established architecture standards and governance. The position involves designing To-Be processes, documenting procedures, and collaborating with business and IT teams to ensure practical, scalable redesigned processes and automation

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in process improvement or BPM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed process discovery, mapping, and analysis across business domains using BPM standards.
• Design target-state processes (To-Be) aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks to drive lean improvements.
• Document processes with maps, procedures, and design artifacts per governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to ensure redesigned processes are practical and scalable.
• Identify automation-ready processes for the Automation & AI COE pipeline.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory, audit, and risk considerations.
