Job summary

MediCard seeks a Process Engineer to drive detailed process discovery, analysis, and redesign within the enterprise framework. You will map current processes, design target-state approaches, and ensure alignment with governance and transformation goals.

You will identify inefficiencies, document procedures, and collaborate with stakeholders to create scalable, automation-ready processes while maintaining regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in detailed process discovery and mapping.
• Knowledge of enterprise BPM standards and modeling conventions.
• Ability to design To-Be processes aligned with architecture frameworks.
• Track record of identifying bottlenecks and optimization opportunities with lean thinking.
• Experience collaborating with business, IT, and transformation teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed process discovery, mapping, and analysis for assigned domains using BPM standards.
• Design and document target-state To-Be processes aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities using lean techniques.
• Prepare process maps, procedures, and design documentation per governance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure redesigned processes are practical and scalable.
• Prepare automation-ready processes for the Automation & AI COE pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, audit, and risk requirements in designs.
• Support continuous improvement by monitoring performance metrics and feeding insights into planning.
