Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed process discovery, mapping, and analysis for assigned domains using BPM standards.
• Design and document target-state processes (To-Be) aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities using lean techniques.
• Prepare process documentation and artefacts per BPM governance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure redesigned processes are practical and scalable.
• Identify automation-ready processes for the Automation & AI COE pipeline.
• Ensure governance, regulatory, and risk requirements are incorporated into designs.
• Support continuous improvement by monitoring metrics and feeding insights into planning.
