Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. in Makati is seeking a Process Engineering Specialist to execute detailed process discovery, analysis, and redesign within MediCard’s enterprise process framework.

You will map, design To-Be processes, analyze workflows for inefficiencies, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure practical, scalable designs aligned with governance and transformation goals. Experience with BPM and lean methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed process discovery, mapping, and analysis for assigned business domains using enterprise BPM standards and modeling conventions established by the Process Architect.
• Design and document target-state processes (To-Be) aligned with the enterprise process architecture framework, ensuring consistency with established standards and methodologies.
• Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities, applying lean and value-driven improvement techniques.
• Prepare process documentation and artifacts including process maps, procedures, and design documentation in accordance with enterprise BPM governance standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and transformation initiatives to ensure redesigned processes are practical, scalable, and aligned with operational requirements.
• Identify and prepare automation-ready processes, supporting the Automation & AI COE pipeline by structuring processes for automation feasibility assessment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and risk requirements by incorporating governance requirements into detailed process designs in coordination with the Process Architect and Process Compliance Manager.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring process performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, and feeding insights into transformation planning.
