A to Z Fire Tiger Trucking Services Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to document and optimize our operations. The role focuses on capturing As-Is processes, designing To-Be workflows, and producing SOPs, process manuals, and formal process maps.

You will interview management and department representatives, observe workflows, analyze gaps, standardize forms and reporting formats, and coordinate with leaders to validate final documentation for company-wide use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong documentation abilities.
• Experience documenting SOPs and process manuals.
• Facility with process mapping and standards development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with management and department representatives.
• Observe current workflows and operational practices.
• Document existing ("As-Is") processes.
• Analyze workflows and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Design standardized workflows and To-Be processes.
• Prepare and organize operational manuals and SOPs.
• Develop process maps and workflow diagrams.
• Standardize forms, templates, and reporting formats.
• Coordinate with department heads to validate documented processes.
• Present recommendations for optimization and improvements.
• Submit editable source files and final documentation at project end.
