Job summary

RELX International in Manila seeks a Talent & Capability Training and Quality Analyst II to lead process improvements, automation initiatives, and knowledge sharing across HR operations and program management.

You will partner with the T&C Analyst II and stakeholders to reduce manual work, shorten handling times, and deliver measurable efficiencies using Power BI, Codex, and approved AI tools, while supporting quality reviews and team training.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree holder.
Practical experience in process improvement, project coordination, training, quality assurance, HR operations, or related role.
Working knowledge of automation, Power BI, approved AI tools, Codex, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to review processes and data, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
Ability to prepare clear presentations, process documents, project storyboards, and status reports.

Responsibilities

Lead and support process improvement initiatives with stakeholders across the T&C team.
Develop solutions reducing manual effort and improving handling time.
Leverage data from training, quality, DSAT, and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Coordinate project lifecycle activities: planning, testing, launch, handover, and post-launch support.
Prepare concise project updates and presentations with status, risks, and next steps.
Support storyboard and business case development, documenting time savings and cost efficiencies.
