Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Hybrid CI/PM professional in Cebu to optimize customs workflows, implement standardized automation, and measure impact across regions. The role emphasizes process design, stakeholder coordination, and scalable system improvements.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop SOPs, and train staff on new tools, ensuring smooth rollout and KPIs dashboarded across sites. A strong background in logistics and change management is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Continuous Improvement or Project Management within logistics
• Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Engineering, IT, PM or related field
• Strong skills in process optimization, workflow design, and change management
• Fluent in English with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficient in Jira Service Management, Tableau and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Review current Customs BU workflows to identify inefficiencies and introduce automated processes
• Test, launch, and measure new processes and system enhancements across stakeholder countries
• Design data and productivity tools to track KPIs, SLAs, and team performance
• Create SOPs and work instructions, then train and onboard team members on new systems
• Collaborate with global corporate teams, RPA units, site managers, and team leads for aligned goals

Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization & Automation: Review current Customs BU workflows, identify inefficiencies, and introduce standardized, automated processes and modern systems.
• Implementation & Measurement: Test, launch, and measure new processes and system enhancements, ensuring seamless rollout across stakeholder countries.
• Performance Analytics: Design data and productivity tools to track KPIs, SLAs, and team performance to spot ongoing improvement opportunities.
• Documentation & Training: Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, then train and onboard team members on new systems.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with global corporate teams, RPA units, site managers, and team leads to ensure unified operational goals.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Engineering, IT, Project Management, or related field (Master’s in Logistics/Supply Chain/MBA is a plus).
• Experience: 3+ years in Continuous Improvement or Project Management within logistics operations (air, sea, road freight, or customs).
• Core Methodologies: Strong background in process optimization, workflow design, and change management.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in JSM, Tableau, and MS Office (advanced Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Competencies: Fluent in English with exceptional stakeholder management, leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
