Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting seeks a Senior Audit Manager to lead global audit operations from onsite Cebu IT Park. You will manage audit teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, monitor performance, and drive improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

You will analyze data to identify gaps, standardize processes, and mentor staff while coordinating with clients and carriers. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a technology, logistics, or BPO environment.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Experience leading projects and implementing process improvements.
• Knowledge of process improvement tools and methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Can start immediately, if possible.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions on performance management, processes, and available tools.
• Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensure actions are completed on time.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and direction to direct reports, as applicable.
• Support audit reviews, team meetings, and initiatives focused on operational excellence.
