Job summary

HRTX in Cebu City seeks a results-driven Continuous Improvement / Project Management professional to lead process optimization across logistics operations. You will analyze current workflows, drive standardization, and deploy new systems with global stakeholders.

You will build KPIs and SOPs, train users, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to unify goals and improve efficiency. Fluency in English and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Customs, IT, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 3+ years in continuous improvement or project management, with a background in logistics operations (freight or customs).
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies, process optimization, JSM, Tableau, and MS Office.
• Fluent English communication and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze & Improve: Evaluate current customs systems to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Standardize & Automate: Drive process standardization and introduce automation (such as RPA) to streamline workflows.
• Deploy & Test New Systems: Design, test, and roll out new processes and software across regional and global stakeholder teams.
• Track & Measure Performance: Build data and analytics tools (KPIs/SLAs) to monitor department output and track continuous improvement results.
• Document & Train: Write step-by-step standard operating procedures (SOPs) and train users on new systems and tools.
• Align Stakeholders: Collaborate with global teams, managers, and cross-functional partners to share best practices and unify business goals.
