Job summary

Lean Solutions Group seeks a Process Governance Operator to maintain documentation visibility, update governance trackers, and follow up on actions across operational areas. You will support workflow readiness reviews and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and ready for execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering preferred.
• Experience with governance and documentation lifecycle.
• Strong organizational and tracking skills.
• Ability to communicate risks and escalate appropriately.
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and administrative activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation inventories, records, schedules, owners, due dates, and pending actions.
• Verify SOPs, WIs, and supporting documents are accessible and identified within governance process.
• Follow up on pending reviews, approvals, updates, and documentation actions with traceable evidence.
• Identify missing or outdated documents and report to the Process Governance Lead.
• Update governance trackers with status, owners, dates, and pending actions.
• Coordinate with QA to track insights and turn into actions with owners.
• Support readiness reviews and escalate risks or unresolved dependencies.
• Complete governance activities within deadlines and communicate delays or blockers.
