Job summary

Sagility is seeking a recent MBA graduate for a role focused on process optimization and business analytics in Quezon City. You will map workflows, identify gaps, and design standardized processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop SMPs, and prepare executive materials to support leadership decisions while driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Recent MBA graduate (2025 or 2026) with an undergraduate degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Management Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Strong academic track record with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated curiosity, learning agility, and willingness to challenge existing processes constructively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end reviews of functional processes across multiple departments.
• Map existing workflows, identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Analyze team operations and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Support development of future-state operating models and standardized processes.
• Create comprehensive process maps, operating procedures, and governance documentation.
• Develop Standard Minimum Practices (SMPs) for assigned business functions.
• Document key deliverables, responsibilities, decision-making frameworks, and performance expectations.
• Contribute to functional handbooks and knowledge repositories to improve onboarding and role clarity.
• Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support business recommendations.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on operational challenges and performance gaps.
• Develop insights and recommendations through data-driven assessments.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and business cases for leadership review.
• Participate in enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and special projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Support change management efforts and adoption of new operating frameworks.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and business outcomes.
• Partner with functional leaders to understand business objectives and operational requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and working sessions with stakeholders.
• Build relationships across departments to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
