Job summary

SGS is seeking a Business Process Excellence & Transformation Specialist in the Philippines. You will drive process optimization, automation, and AI adoption while collaborating with Data Analytics, IT, and process owners to deliver measurable business value.

You will lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, develop dashboards, and champion change management to ensure sustainable improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Engineering, or other technology-related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in process improvement, data analytics, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and support organizational transformation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Analytics, IT, systems analysts, and process owners.
• Drive automation, digitization, and AI adoption across business processes.
• Provide actionable insights through advanced data analytics and reporting.
• Champion change management and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Lead cross-functional projects to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to drive sustainable improvements.
• Ensure transformation initiatives align with objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Drive change management to facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Partner with Data Analytics to collect, clean, and analyze business data using tools like Excel, Power Query, Power BI.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.
