Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex operational effectiveness and business process improvement initiatives across multiple functional areas using quality tools and resources.
• Analyze current-state processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Design and implement sustainable process improvements that enhance Quality processes and performance.
• Develop future-state process models and frameworks supporting objectives and scalability.
• Lead initiatives that standardize quality and ensure consistency across operations.
• Collect and analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support enterprise transformation, operating model changes, and program changes.
• Collaborate with leaders to evaluate impacts and develop implementation strategies.
• Lead change management activities to promote adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Evaluate how technology can improve processes and collaborate with teams to define requirements.
